🎁 Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Personalised/customised products (name/photo-based gifts)

Hampers with edible items (chocolates, snacks, perishable items)

Sale or discounted products

🚚 Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with:

Clear unboxing video (mandatory)

Order ID

Product photos


Once verified, we will offer:

Replacement or

Store Credit (depending on product availability)


Without an unboxing video, we cannot process claims.

💰 Refunds

Refunds are issued only if the order:

Is cancelled before processing, and

Is not customised


Refunds will take 5–7 business days to re
